How the free week works
The same timeline the app shows before you start Pro. Nothing is charged before day 7, and we do not send a reminder, so note the date if you want one.

- Day 7The free trial ends and the subscription starts, unless you cancel before.
Manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store settings. It is Apple’s subscription, so we cannot cancel it for you.
Billing questions
How much does it cost?
Maths is completely free, Higher and Ordinary, every strand, with no daily limit. H1 Owl Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, €44.99 per year or €6.99 per month, and adds Biology, Chemistry and Physics at both levels. The first week is free for new subscribers, and you can cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
Where do I buy Pro?
In the H1 Owl app on iPhone, through the App Store. Pro bought in the app works on the web too, as long as you are signed in to the same account at app.h1owl.ie.
Is the free week for everyone?
It is Apple’s introductory offer for new subscribers. If you have had Pro before, the App Store may not offer it again. The price and the free days are always shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
How do I cancel?
In your App Store settings, anytime. The subscription is managed by Apple, so we cannot open or cancel it for you from the app or from this site. Cancel before day 7 and nothing is charged.
How do refunds work?
Purchases go through the App Store, so refunds follow Apple’s standard policy. You request a refund directly from Apple and their rules apply.
Do I need an account?
No. All of Maths works without one. An account keeps your progress in sync between your phone and the browser.
